Julia Maloney is the daughter of Annie and Matt. She became a licensed real estate agent at the age of 18. With that being said, she continued her education and graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2019 with a business degree in marketing and entrepreneurship. After graduating, she continued to follow her passions, one of which was the beauty industry. She is a certified make up artist and an active aesthetician. She, like her late mother, finds great pleasure in helping people feel comfortable and excited when diving into the home buying process.

Julia is vital in the marketing and advertising efforts of The Maloney Team. She assists in creating and promoting the team on multiple social media platforms, print marketing mediums, and email campaigns. Although Julia has very little exposure or involvement with client relations, she has a large hand in bringing the consumer to us.
