Email MeFor a majority of my adult life I have been in food manufacturing and distribution. I worked for Publix Supermarkets in South Florida for over 10 years, working my way up to Superintendent of Distribution. In 2004, Annie (my wife) and I decided to relocate our family to East Tennessee. I continued my career with Custom Foods of America in Knoxville, Tennessee as their Distribution Manager.
While working for Custom Foods, I specialized in website content creation. Annie quickly realized my proficiency in this area, and overnight I became the Marketing Manager and Content Creator. Annie continued to gain more exposure and established an impressive clientele. In April of 2016, Annie and I decided that the next step for me was to leave the corporate world and join forces together. This was the best move that we ever made.
In the 4 1/2 years that we worked together, our focus was simple: establish trust and respect with each client, while teaching and educating them on the process. It was extremely important for us to make sure that all our clients understood the ins and outs of the real estate process, especially in the short-term rental cabin investment sector.
Annie and I quickly reached a level of production that had us in the top .05% of sales for all agents in the Great Smoky Mountain Association of REALTORS. Through this level of production, we began to adopt a strong feeling of service. This meant serving our clients and ensuring that they are successful and accomplishing their desired objectives. But that desire to serve did not stop with our clients. We wanted to figure out a way to help new agents. To teach them and instill the desire to serve as we have done, but not just in their real estate careers, in their daily lives as well. With Annie passing away earlier this year (August, 2021), this desire to serve and help others is stronger than ever before.
Currently I specialize in the Short Term Rental market and help hundreds of clients with adding log cabin investments to their portfolios. From the most novice to the most experienced, I have clients wanting to learn this industry from all over the world. But I don't just help others obtain passive income through real estate investments, I also own and manage my own cabin on AirBnB.
