How Much Is My Log Cabin Worth?

This is extremely important data that you will not find on other sites. We want our clients to be able to keep track of their assets' value and the best way to do that is to pay close attention to what other properties are selling for. We also want new Buyers to be able to watch what properties are selling for in relation to their asking price and how long properties are on the market before they close. This tells a story about the mind of a Seller and how much they have been negotiating, even when the property sits on the market for an extended period of time. 

Log Cabin Market Reports

The market reports will provide you with both the currently active properties that are for sale, or under contract. They will also provide you with the properties that have sold in the last 6 months. We use 6 months for the reports we create (you can see them in the sidebar of this page) but you can create your own reports and determine the time frame on your own. You can look at sales over the last 3 months, 9 months, 1 year 6 months, etc. You can set them up for a specific subdivision/Resort, multiple subdivisions/resorts of your choosing, or for the entire county. Its up to you. Below is a screenshot of the reported information of sold properties for Bear Creek Crossing. You can see the property address, the list price, the sold price, the DOM (days on market), and other misc data. Each address is clickable and it will open the property detail page like you see in the second screen shot.
